Welcome
to Our Site

In 1968, the District of Columbia nurses employed with the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) became unionized under the District of Columbia Nurses Association (DCNA). Our union chapter is abbreviated as DCNA-DBH and is comprised of 4 lines of services, which include Saint Elizabeths Hospital, CPEP, Stabilization Center (35 K Street) and the DBH heaquaters (64 New York Ave).
